Our cabins are open April 15 through the last elk season (approx Nov. 20)
One Room Sleeps 2 perfectly but can hold up to 4, with a queen size bed and a pull-out futon OR queen size bed with bunk beds
Private Shower and Toilet
We provide all the Bed and Bath Linens
2 Burner Stove, Fridge, and Microwave
Satellite TV
Stocked with Dishes, Silverware, Toaster, Crock pot, Coffee Maker, Pans
Deck with a full view of Mt Princeton, Picnic Table, Grill, and Fire Pit
All Non-Smoking
If you like to read at night, we suggest you bring a book light.
Pets Welcome, extra $10 a night per pet
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must NOT be left alone in the cabins
Minimum Stays of 2 Nights on Holiday Weekends (Otherwise, no minimum stays)
Credit Card required when making reservations
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making a reservation. Booking deposit is applied to first night's stay.

Cancellations:

A 48 hours notice is required when canceling or you will be charged for 1 night. For holiday weekends or stays of 1 or more weeks, a 1 week notice is required when canceling or you will be charged for 2 nights.
